Wedding Reception – Club Roma – St. Catharines, Ontario
The palette of pinks and white with a few dashes of peach and gold never looked as dreamy as it did on this bride and groom’s wedding day. Club Roma in St. Catharines was highly sought after by this couple who were looking for a scenic outdoor venue to host their wedding day celebrations. Collaborating with the bride and groom, we brought together an elegant look using luxurious white and gold sequin linens and simple wedding décor elements to dress up the Pavilion at Club Roma for the special occasion, giving it a timeless look that the marrying couple are sure to look back fondly on. The sophisticated, green backdrop of nature combined with the beautiful décor and flowers made this an unforgettable affair and a welcome addition to our portfolio.
Though this is not a rustic look per se, some of the wedding décor utilized here are pulled from what would be traditionally rustic designs, such as the Edison bulb backdrop. Much of the work completed on this wedding décor design utilized the natural scenes in the Pavilion at Club Roma and combining these with the exquisite floral arrangements provided by Mums Garden to build around the white sequin head table and a gold sequin cake table. In addition, gold charger plates were used on the tables to give that extra little bit of royal elegance and romance.
The photos here provided by Morgan Falk Photography really highlight the natural beauty that we were already working with, which made it easy to come up with a wedding décor plan that was going to match the green already in this environment. The gorgeous head table was created by working in conjunction with a very talented florist as well as the marrying couple’s vision to incorporate natural outdoor elements while still adhering to the floral arrangements that the bride and groom had in mind. Taking a look at the cake table, we have here a design that is simple and elegant, and that does not distract from the other elements. Taking a look at the plates and chair combination, we also see the gold pairing that continues as a theme across a number of elements used throughout the wedding décor design.
After all the planning, the wedding décor design came off even better than expected as the bride and groom had their special day in front of friends and family. From the white sequin head table to the Edison bulb backdrop, gold sequin cake table, and gold charger plates, this outdoor wedding was among the sweetest celebrations we had the pleasure of taking part in this past year.
