When the couple came to us for this Niagara Falls wedding, they requested décor that wasn’t going to detract from the Whirlpool Restaurant and which would be equally romantic. For the items we chose to incorporate, we built for them an open twinkle backdrop and used an ivory sequin head table. It was perfect!
Niagara Falls is a must-have wedding destination for so many couples. It’s a popular destination for honeymoons and more as well. In the right light, it’s a very romantic place to be. Everything about the region from the buildings to the wildlife, the lush grounds, and to some of the loveliest Canadians in the country makes for an excellent setting to hold a wedding in.

The wedding décor was pulled together from simplistic, rustic, and organic designs. Subtle touches of elegance here and there didn’t clash with the natural vibes happening at Whirlpool. For this wedding, we got to know the bride and groom quite well, and allowed them to judge what worked and what didn’t. After all, it’s their wedding – it’s for them to say what best represents them. The millions of details and choices may not necessarily present on first glance but everything from top to bottom was a direct selection of the marrying couple. Oftentimes, it’s the littlest elements which can make the most impact and thankfully, it was all captured here in these photos for guests and the families involved to treasure forever.
