Down to every last detail, A Night to Remember assisted with the development and execution of the wedding décor for a modern, contemporary themed wedding this past year at the Ancaster Fairgrounds. The bride and groom originally came seeking something simple, small, and contemporary, to match their aesthetic interests. Though there are many ways to brighten up the space at the Ancaster Fairgrounds, in agreement with the couple, we chose to build on a soft colour like ivory accenting with gold and deep red, we played on the mechanics of the room while ensuring proper implementation on the wedding day.
Combing through the details, we ensured that all items were supplied, set up, and removed according to schedule and budget, making the entire event feel easy for the marrying couple. Among the wedding décor items selected was the small head table, the intimate backdrop, romantic wall draping, aristocratic gold candelabras and the much-favoured gold Chiavari chairs. Though there are always surprises when it comes to wedding décor planning and venue management, A Night to Remember was available to be there for the bride and groom on the day of their event, answering any questions and taking care of all last-minute trouble as it pertained to the décor setup. Throughout the wedding ceremony and reception, it was our pleasure to see everything come together for the marrying couple. This was unquestionably the most rewarding part of our day.
