Tying the knot at Ancaster Mill in Ancaster Ontario, this one-of-a-kind celebration featured one of our very best wedding decor arrangements yet.
Adorned with earthy white bouquets, fireplace mantle garland, and carefully placed aisle decor, this simple wedding
represented a lot of what we do best as wedding decor experts.
Working with the marrying couple, we wanted to paint their big day with the best decor, complementing
personalities and preferences, while creating the intended ambience.
As seen in these photos captured by Amos Photography, a lot came together to give this day colour.
Among the wedding decor products the bride and groom chose were a custom boutonniere, a custom vinyl seating
chart, a silver crystal money box, a silver mirror, the eye-catching cylinder vase centrepiece, classic acrylic table
number signs, guest table garland with cylinder vases, and a sheer-draped head table.
Even though this sounds like a lot, we were sure that nothing cancelled each other out or appeared cluttered.
To get everything set right, we took cues from the bride and groom, and what was available to us in the venue.
Decor is all about knowing where to stay neutral, where to accent or add texture, and how to create patterns in the
room that are not distracting and which feel natural to the eye.
When we orchestrate a wedding decor plan for a wedding, we work hand-in-hand with the couple or assigned point-person to ensure their wishes are reflected in every decision. Having designed decor for weddings for over a decade, we know how important a couple’s wedding day is to the marrying two.
If there ever was a time to go above and beyond and make everything perfect, this is the time for it. That’s what we
do more than anything else.
For the wedding ceremony at Ancaster Mill Chapel, all the guests and the couple who hired us were so pleased with
how everything turned out. The work we put in on the aisle proved to be particularly important and visually
impactful, with aisle chair markers, aisle chair flowers, roses, baby’s breath, and more bringing together the
aesthetics the bride wanted.
Some weddings are made to be extravagant but as extravagant as this was, it was all about the two individuals
getting married. The choice in items and colors that surrounded them was all about highlighting them. The decor
just provided the backdrop on which all this love and memories could be shared.
